Royal City Hotel Mandalay, Mandalay

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location is decent, close to Mandalay Hill and a European-style restaurant nearby, but not much else around. The rooms were reasonably sized and equipped but unfortunately smelled bad despite being labeled non-smoking. On the bright side, the service was efficient and the staff was helpful, even arranging transportation for us. Dining options were basic, but it was satisfactory overall.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, highlighted by the friendly staff who went out of their way to assist us. The location was also great, with plenty of things to see nearby. However, the rooms could've used better ventilation due to the heat during my visit, and the breakfast was quite basic. Overall, it was a good value for the price, though not without its downsides.
